Once the organiser confirms the night and pays the rest through cntd, you're paid into your bank account and your deposit comes back. There's no fixed date: it follows the organiser's confirmation.

A venue that doesn't pay what's due can't post another gig on cntd until it does. If the venue cancels after you've both signed, its deposit becomes your cntd credit.

You don't have to ask for one. cntd writes a contract from the gig when the booking is agreed: the date, the room, the fee, the deposits and what happens if either side lets the other down. It's written under Singapore law and you both sign it in the app.

Yes. Making a profile, posting gigs and applying for them costs nothing. cntd only takes a fee when a gig is booked: the organiser pays 5% on top of the gig fee, and the artist pays 5% out of it. If someone is booked less than 48 hours before the gig, or it's marked urgent, the organiser pays 10% instead; the artist still pays 5%. During the beta there's no fee: everyone we onboard gets a beta code that waives it.

Anyone can post a gig, and anyone can apply for one. When the poster picks someone, cntd writes up the contract and both sides sign it. Each side then puts down a deposit, and after the gig the artist is paid through cntd.

Yes, through Stripe. After you both sign, you each pay a deposit: 20% of the gig price, never more than SGD 200. cntd holds it until the gig is done. After the gig, the organiser pays the rest, the artist is paid into their bank account, and the artist's deposit comes back. Whoever pulls out after paying their deposit loses it to the other side, as credit towards a future booking on cntd.

Yes. Musicians, bands, singers, producers and DJs apply the same way, to any gig they did not post. Each role on a gig has its own fee.

Anyone. There's one account type on cntd: post a gig, apply for one, or both. How your profile presents itself is up to you, not a permission gate.

No. Musicians, bands, singers, producers, DJs, dancers, actors, designers, visual artists, photographers, videographers and writers are all welcome, and so are the organisers, venues and businesses that book them.

Finish setting up your profile: only finished profiles appear in Explore. People are listed most-followed first, and others can find you by your name, title, genres and skills, so fill those in.
